Scope of this example

The Codex seat committed the change and opened the pull request using sandbox GitHub access during the recorded run.
The change adds a small documentation file describing a signup page. It does not implement the page or assess the quality of a code change.
The demo's Slack and Linear were deterministic fakes, even in the real-services run. See Demo results.
